Turn a chat message into a task and the task keeps a link back to the message that caused it. Mark a message as a decision and it joins a numbered register, so “when did we agree that” has an answer with a number on it.
Uploading again adds a version with its uploader and timestamp rather than overwriting what was there. V1 is still readable after V3 lands.
A blocked task records the reason, which side is responsible — yours or theirs — and when it is expected to clear, so “waiting on the client” is a field you can filter, not a comment.
Workspace health is computed from overdue tasks and delayed stages by a rule you can read, and the reason names the actual counts. It is arithmetic, not a score somebody has to trust.
