Most companies open a WhatsApp group for each client, vendor or franchise, and the group is where the decisions go to die. SAAR Collaborate gives each relationship a private workspace — and a message in it can be turned into a tracked task or recorded as a numbered decision, on the spot.

Turn a chat message into a task and the task keeps a link back to the message that caused it. Mark a message as a decision and it joins a numbered register, so “when did we agree that” has an answer with a number on it.
Uploading again adds a version with its uploader and timestamp rather than overwriting what was there. V1 is still readable after V3 lands.
A blocked task records the reason, which side is responsible — yours or theirs — and when it is expected to clear, so “waiting on the client” is a field you can filter, not a comment.
Workspace health is computed from overdue tasks and delayed stages by a rule you can read, and the reason names the actual counts. It is arithmetic, not a score somebody has to trust.
One per client, vendor, franchise, distributor, supplier, partner, rollout or internal project — and the list of types is yours to extend.
Invite your own team and the other company’s people, with roles that decide what each of them may do.
Chat with replies, mentions, reactions and attachments — then promote what matters into a task or a decision.
Timeline stages, a task board, a decision register and an activity log that nobody can quietly edit.
A group holds messages. Here a message can become a task with an owner and a due date, or a numbered decision in a register — and the documents, the timeline and the history stay with the workspace instead of scrolling away.
They see the workspace they are a member of and nothing else. Access is enforced in the database itself, so a request that names a workspace somebody is not in returns nothing.
No. Messages are soft-deleted and the activity log is append-only; ordinary users cannot erase either.
Yes. Workspace types are rows you can add, and role permissions are configured per row rather than hard-coded, so changing what a role may do needs no deployment.
Chat, documents, tasks, timeline and decisions — and a way for a message to become work.
